The fungal synthetic transcription factor, FunsTF57 (LexA-LL-HbaR3-VP16-SV40)

Design Notes

FunsTF57 consists of modules from LexA, HbaR3 and VP16, and these modules can individually be exchanged with other domains. The exchange of modules follow a standardised USER assembly.

Source

FunsTF57 was assembled from FunsTF05 and HbaR3, and they were de novo synthesised from IDT and Twist, respectively.
